Yes, finally it’s live 🚀Although I wanted to create this blog months ago I finally took the decision and did it. I felt overwhelmed by my own thoughts and the vision I have for my personal website made me to procrastinate a lot leading to not taking action.
The following quote made me clear my mind and find the courage to create an MVP of my fully-complete website as I have it pictured in my mind ( and in notes 📔)
So, I made the leap and started creating useful content which I will enrich as the time goes by. So, the best advice I could give you is when you have some goals you want to accomplish, please don’t overthink them and take action!
Mostly for selfish reasons but to be more accurate let me unfold my primary reasons that everyone should do that.
There is a well known old Latin principle “The best way to learn something is to teach it”.
I find this principle first-hand to be very true. Teaching pushes you to learn more about your topic which is good not only for your students but for your own self as well.
Starting a Programming blog is very similar to teaching because in your blog you will be teaching the world about programming and computer science ( and not only 😉)
Believe it or not but your software career heavily relies on how good you are at communicating and presenting your ideas.
Don’t get me wrong, If you are a super-duper programmer you will still do well but your career potential will definitely be limited by your ability to present and communicate your ideas.
It’s being said that one of the many (and probably one of the best) ways you can improve your communication skills is through writing.
Yes, I think that I suck at writing. At least for the moment 😅. Hopefully over time I will improve and get better.
I needed a way to keep track of software development over time – whatever I am thinking about or working on. I research things I find interesting, then document my research with a public blog post, which I can easily find and refer to later. Hopefully other people will find these posts helpful, relevant, or interesting.
This is my online presence presenting who I am sharing with all of you what I am up to and with what I am occupied with at the moment.
The goal is to create two new posts every month.
